At times in our life's journey there are events, feelings, dreams, high points, low points that we feel the need to explore but are looking for guidance, help and support. Sometimes we just need a place of peace and quite with those around us who care enough to guide and nurture us as there is something stirring inside that needs our attention. At times this works by being on our own but there are times when the group environment that is offered by The Crucible Centre is just what we need.
Who will I meet there? You will meet others like yourself needing to look after themselves. You will meet students who are also on there own personal journey. Most important of all you will meet another side of YOU that we will help you care for and understand.
We have had people come just for one weekend but it has made a huge difference in their lives. Others come quite regularly and treat their time at The Crucible Centre as a mental check up for themselves as they tell us they can do it here like they can at no other place.
Your time here can be for just a couple of days or more. Go to our timetable, pick a time that's best suits you as early as possible and make a booking. Whilst here you will enjoy great food, meet new friends and best of all you will be giving yourself the nurturing that you need.
